Thirty years. One mission.
Sahara Caravans is a family-owned manufacturer that has been quietly building some of Australia's most dependable caravans from our Campbellfield workshop for over three decades.
Every van we produce carries the same philosophy it did on day one: honest craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a build quality that's meant to outlast the trip — and the next one, and the one after that.

Fully welded, hot-dip galvanised steel. The foundation every other decision is built on.

Independent coil with matched dampers. Tuned per model — standard, reinforced, or heavy-duty.

Dual water tanks, high-capacity batteries, solar-ready. Off-grid where it needs to be.

Interior Fit-out
Solid timber cabinetry, stone benchtops, soft-close joinery. Fit-out that ages with the van.
